Shipping and Returns
At Ranch Boulevard, our biggest goal is to well serve our wonderfully loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Rules and procedures for returns:
- Items can be RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS attached to them.
- A return form is included with your order. If the return form is lost you can email us at email@example.com to request a return form.
- Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our office.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
*Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

- Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
- We will only accept one coupon code per order.
- If you have questions regarding our items prior to placing your order, or are having technical issues with ordering, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org! (An official phone number will be added soon!)
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 and free standard shipping for all orders $50+ so fill up that shopping cart! Keep in mind that if you are using a promotion code, your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total AFTER sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied!) and does not include tax.
- Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $5.95.
- We offer free shipping on orders that are over $50 within the continental United States
- Standard shipping orders take 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our office.
- Ranch Boulevard is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with UPS shipping
- International Duties or Customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
- If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
- All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change the address of the order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
